About a firefighter's duties?
so there was a big fire in a Philadelphia apartment complex. The complex is huge. tons of apartments. it was 99% of the apartments had tenets. It's on fire currently and firefighters are...well fighting the fire So say if someone; seeing that their apartment was most likely going to be destroyed decides to re enter the apartment and try to retrieve items before they burn. Do tenets have the right?
