Chris Brown intended to attend the Grammy Awards but found he could not: if Rihanna came, the restraining order imposed by the singer abuse would prevent him from going to him. Brown's lawyers protested and she has taken pity on him.
Since Chris Brown was convicted of abuse of his then-girlfriend Rihanna, the restraining order that had weighed on him from approaching her, and therefore attend any event in which the singer was present.
